I can login but I cannot view documents.


Common Errors:

You may not be authenticated correctly in SharePoint.  There may be a mistake with your permissions in SharePoint.  The District and Coastline must add you to a few different security groups.  We can check on this for you and ensure you are in the correct groups to access SharePoint.  

You may be using a web browser that is not Internet Explorer. Some features of SharePoint do not function correctly in chrome or firefox. Internet Explorer works best with SharePoint because they are both Microsoft products. 

Opening documents off site might cause SharePoint to request you to login again.  This is a security feature.  Make sure when you are logging in that you are using the correct domain and password.  You must always use the 'COAST\' domain off-campus. 

For example, 'COAST\YourUsername'   will be the correct username at an off campus computer
