What is Hobsons and what is it's function?

Hobsons contains student enrollments and perspective students. Perspective students are entered by MSAs or uploaded from unofficial agreements.

Functions

• send an email to students in an defined area to let them know about Ed Fairs and MSA visits
• Send 'Start of Session Emails" to enrolled students
• Send informational emails to prospective students about programs
• Sends notification emails to students about the upcoming terms
• Sends informative emails to students who 'request more information' on the webiste

Data Refresh 

• Enrolled Students:Once per term prior to the start of session email
