How to fix "Other elements alternate text Failed"

You may receive this error for logos/images or for actual text.  The following video shows you how to fix bullet points that Adobe has identified that should be text.  If you have a logo/image that should be identified as a "figure" you can add the alternative text in a similar fashion.
